I use a solution-focused approach as well as CBT (change your thinking and you will change your behaviors). With adults, I specialize in facilitating conflict resolution as well as working with couples on relationship issues. I offer premarital counseling as well. With children, I specialize in anxiety. I have extensive experience working with ex-spouses on co-parenting and have worked with children for 27 years. I am also certified in advanced family mediation and have experience in mediating child custody and divorce cases.
