Clients who choose to seek counseling are brave. Just realizing that we need someone to walk alongside us as we travel unknown roads and difficult situations is an act of courage. As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting your healing and growth so you can thrive. I aim to be both a companion and one is isn't afraid to ask the hard questions so that you can experience the growth you long for. Families, individuals and young adults alike are welcome into my practice. I have been a counselor for over 25 years with an evolving focus of overcoming trauma and pain in all areas of life.
I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, grief and burnout. In addition, I work with couples and families going through divorce or struggling to blend families. Given my vast experience as an educator I am one of the few in the Panhandle who specializes in helping both recent graduates and adults in transition research and find new careers.
We need each other to achieve our best lives and to become our authentic selves. We need one another to heal, grow and thrive!
