Additionally, I provide access to community, local & national resources & assist w/advocacy services through coordinating & networking w/other professionals, schools, support groups, courts & agencies.

Hello Friend! My name is Monica Pina, owner of Pragmatic Solutions Therapy PLLC, a telehealth practice in TX. I serve adults and teens (15 years and older). I specialize in helping those dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, mood disorders, adjustment issues, anxiety, life transitions and health-related challenges. Loss of all kinds happens to all of us and how we move and heal through the process of grief can affect our lives and our relationships.
