My goal as a therapist is to guide and support clients in finding the life they deserve. I enjoy working with individuals to support them in releasing limiting thoughts and beliefs and embracing a more positive understanding of themselves. Throughout one’s life, a person overcomes many challenges by being determined and having the tools of success! Gained success is provided by tailoring a personalized approach for each of my clients to reach self-actualization. My goal is to provide you the tools so one can be dependent free of all mind-altering chemicals and irrational thoughts.

I provide counseling for individual adults, couples, families and children. I help clients to overcome obstacles and achieve healthier relationships. Hello and welcome! Congratulations on making the courageous step in seeking help. Seeking help is not always easy and can be scary because it means that you are seeking a change in your life. My goal is to help you feel comfortable in seeking help and change. As your therapist, I will work with you as an individual, a couple, or a family unit on issues that are affecting your quality of life. I will work to help you develop the change needed for your unique situation. The most important role I have to my clients is to provide HOPE for situations that seem hopeless.

I have experience working with individual's and families dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, dual diagnosis, child and adolescent behavioral issues and health and lifestyle issues. I also provide parenting, anger management, decisions making skills and domestic violence recovery for victims group and individual therapy.

You may be experiencing the effects of Developmental/Complex Trauma which typically results from repeated or multiple traumas experienced in childhood. Usually, these are interpersonal traumas where the caregivers unintentionally or intentionally fail to provide secure attachment, safety, and validation which can wire the developing brain mainly for survival rather than for trust in relationships.
