I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in therapy for individuals 12+, couples, and families, as well as ADHD evaluations. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert in your own life, and that understanding yourself better holds great power. I offer two services to support you. First, through the use of ACT, CBT, and Attachment theory, I provide therapy sessions that can alleviate the burdens associated with anxiety, depression, grief, abuse, trauma, and divorce. Secondly, if you see symptoms of ADHD, I offer comprehensive evaluations to ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
