I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I come from Taiwan with the ability to conduct counseling service in Mandarin and Taiwanese. I received my Master of education in counseling at the University of Houston-Victoria in Texas. I was trained in individual therapy, family therapy, career counseling, and group counseling. I received the Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training at Taiwan mindfulness association. My experience includes in dealing with mood disorders, Anxiety, PTSD, family conflict, relationship problems, conduct problem, and personal development issues.

I am Kelly Martin, LPC and I strive to build a warm and compassionate environment for my clients to build upon their strengths and work through their struggles. My focus is on an eclectic approach to getting clients to their desired goals. Some of the modalities I work with are CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and experiential techniques.

I enjoy working with a diverse population. I help those needing assistance with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug use, mania, psychosis, trauma, and sexual issues. I help my clients overcome their challenges by providing tools for coping through difficult times, giving feedback and assigning tasks to focus on between sessions.
