At Our Recovery Center LLC, I help adults, children (ages 6+), teens, couples, and families find healing, clarity, and renewed hope. Whether you're facing depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or challenges in relationships, you don't have to go through it alone.

In addition to counseling, I provide speaking engagements at schools, seminars, and community events on mental health awareness, addiction, and recovery, youth support, and building resilience.
