I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I specialize in working with adults and teens who feel stuck in patterns that prevent them from living in alignment with their values, aspirations, and authentic selves. My clients are often high achievers dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, and/or feelings of emotional loneliness. These symptoms can result from trauma, unresolved grief, perfectionism, and/or emotional overcontrol.
I am intensively trained in Radically Open DBT, an evidence-based treatment designed to address maladaptive perfectionism and emotional overcontrol by enhancing mental flexibility and social connectedness. I am also trained in Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, as well as Brainspotting and Somatic Experiencing for trauma and PTSD.
