For 26 years I have helped adults, college students, teens, and children to quickly discover or rediscover joy and peace in life. I specialize in relationship issues, stress, anger management, anxiety, and loss. With children/teens, I help with ADHD, impulse control, and behavioral conflict at school and home. I've been in private practice since 2006. I make every effort to assist each client to live in the here and now in a healthy manner. I have worked with incarcerated juveniles, foster children, and adult men and women. I am a provider for many insurance companies and at times I operate on a sliding scale fee.

My ideal client would be an individual (any identification) aged 16-42 who might struggle with relationships, in the middle of a life transition, just received a diagnoses of like depression, has a mild to moderate substance use disorder, or who has been in recovery for a while or a student who has a learning disability and wants to start advocating for themselves. I work with CBT & EMDR to work on how our brain communicates to use and at times high jacks our emotions system.

Hi there, my name is Christine Italiano-McDade and I have a passion for people! I have been working with children, adolescents, adults, and families for approximately 15 years. The therapy process can be like a voyage to the top of a mountain. Climbing a mountain can be time-consuming, exhausting and daunting at times. It is necessary to have the proper equipment in order to prevent serious injury. Even with adequate equipment, sometimes accidents happen, and points present throughout the journey that have you contemplate turning back or giving up. In therapy, motivation is one of the key pieces of equipment you need.
