I see clients virtually M-F from and in person Wednesdays 9am-4pm. I enjoy working with women, as well as adolescents, who are walking through seasons of depression, anxiety, loss, anger, relationship struggles, and difficulty with life adjustments. I collaborate with clients to identify and enlist their internal strengths and resources to approach life’s challenges. I believe that each person has their own story that has shaped what they are currently experiencing. I strive to foster a safe space where clients can tell their story, gain insight into how that has impacted them and create a new reality that is more fulfilling.
I utilize various therapeutic approaches including CBT, enneagram, solution focused therapy, and aspects of emotional regulation therapy to foster healthy coping. I also offer Christian gospel-centered therapy for clients interested in integrating faith into their healing process. I currently only offer virtual client visits to Texas residents.
