Throughout my extensive 25-year career in behavioral health, substance abuse, case management, and medical social work, I have acquired invaluable experience.

I am a client centered clinician. I specialize in GLBT issues, trauma, couples, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addictions, and family therapy. I work with individuals with multiple health concerns, including cancer, ostomy patients and caregivers. I have served our Military for several years and offer readjustment therapy for all Veterans. I am dynamic and sensitive with regard to culture and race. I employ a multitude of clinical tools and theory and am focused on you, the individual. I am also a certified Jikiden Reiki Practitioner. Making life changes can be challenging, it takes courage to step out of our comfort zone. My goal as a therapist is to support my clients by creating an environment where we can work together to explore emotions, develop effective coping strategies, increase self-awareness, and identify challenges that are causing difficulties in daily life. I have worked with clients of all ages across various therapeutic settings. I have experience working with people who struggle with various challenges such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, stress management, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns.
