About
Modern life can be very stressful and it can be hard to "keep it together" sometimes. Many people find themselves struggling to cope with daily demands. At Keeping It Together Counseling we specialize in working with individuals and families to help people cope with problems during various life stages. We are committed to helping people improve their emotional well-being. In addition to listening to patients' concerns, we educate them on techniques they can utilize to solve problems, manage stress, change unhealthy coping patterns, adjust to life changes, and improve relationships.
We offer evidenced based treatment services to help with addiction, grief and loss, life changes, adolescent issues, mood disorders, anxiety, unhealed trauma, parenthood, relationship concerns, and general life stresses Telethearpy (virtual therapy) is currently being offered to clients.
At Keeping It Together Counseling we work to create a comfortable, nonjudgemental, and safe space for our clients. In that safe space our clients are empowered to increase their self awareness and make healthy life changes.
