Hi, my name is Gregorio but people call me Greg. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas where I offer online counseling. I work with people who are in relationships that make them feel overwhelmed with painful emotions. I help people understand themselves and their partners so that they can be able to connect to them or with each other. Together we will work towards gaining a different perspective, with new tools to help you connect with your partner. My belief is that all behaviors serve a purpose and all behaviors have an origin. This insight about ourselves and others helps us understand our relationships.

I specialize in couples, relationship issues, and have a passion to work with individuals. Often I find that we haven't been prepared for all the moving parts of life and relationships. Many times, I can help. I routinely address Depression, Anxiety, Panic, and mood regulation. Additionally I have experience and success helping people recover from substance abuse and other negative coping patterns and habits.

My counseling technique is unique in nature. I am genuine, supporting, and honest while also holding my clients accountable to the hard work often required in the counseling process. I have provided services as a school counselor, outpatient mental health settings, and telehealth counseling settings. I have a passion for helping anyone in need.

Depression, trauma, and weight management are my three specialties because of both my personal and professional background. My approach is grounded in a wellness perspective. When we take time to heal our mental health, I know that the physical will follow. Whether you have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning, limiting chocolate, or overcoming those triggers I am here to help.

I specialize in adult women’s counseling and life coaching ages 18 and up. My clients typically struggle with anxiety, grief, or depression symptoms from situations in their lives that are overwhelming and stressful or changes needing help with achieving transition with relationship/love, healing from toxic relationships, happiness, and fulfilling their self, school or career dreams. I help women achieve a decrease in stress, relief from symptoms, build knowledge and understanding with issues, increase self-confidence/self-identity, increase success in relationships, careers, and navigate life to how they really want to live.
