Hello! First off, congratulations to you for taking the initial and difficult step in seeking the change that you feel is necessary to defeat the issue(s) that you may be battling with. I aim to bring out the great things that are already inside of you and look to do that by actively listening to you, encouraging you and highlighting your strengths, empowering you, and allowing you to practice self-advocacy. It is easy to focus on the wrong but I aim to focus more on the right. I look to develop emotional well-being while also creating an environment to facilitate overall life balance.

I have a systemic, collaborative approach and truly look forward to meeting the needs of each part of the whole. I have experience working with active duty military members and their families, individuals suffering from abuse and trauma, as well as the wide range of topics surrounding close relationships (lack of intimacy and communication, infidelity).
