My experience comes from providing direct mental health and counseling to teens, adults, and couples. I have worked with individuals with various presenting issues, including parenting, anxiety, relationships, depression, family, intimacy, and much more. My experience is varied across settings. I have provided individual and couples counseling in the community as I worked with local non-profits. I approach the therapeutic relationship with sensitivity and respect for all experiences.
