I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in providing mental health services to adults, teens, and children in a variety of settings: schools, virtual, private practice, and non-profit agencies. My approach to counseling is guided by person-centered counseling, while using a combination of different modalities. If you are struggling with your emotional well-being such as anxiety, depression, grief, loneliness, relationships, stress, and trauma . We can work collaboratively to find techniques that will best serve your mental health needs.
