I work with clients who are currently facing major life changes or who have trauma from experiences in their past that are affecting their day to day lives. I am a widow and a single mom, and having walked through hell myself now hold space for others doing the same. The purpose of therapy is to help your nervous system to calm down so that you can move out of the ups and downs of depression and anxiety and into a calmer, more empowered way of living.

I am invested in helping you live the life you really want, the way you really want to live it. I offer video as well as face-to-face sessions. My approach blends clinical experience with natural compassion, humor, and insight. I am interactive in sessions, using a holistic approach with techniques from attachment theory, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), and somatic/trauma-focused therapy.
