I believe that each person who comes into my office deeply matters and their unique story is important. I have a passion for joining alongside those experiencing the impacts of anxiety, depression, traumatic events, and self-esteem issues with an intention of working to empower them to discover their inner strength and compassion for their own authentic self. I specialize in working with female adults, adolescents, and children.
I have completed training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (level I & II), Brainspotting (phase I & II) and Advanced TF-CBT. I have most recently completed Level II training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, an integrative somatic, emotional, and cognitive approach used to address post-traumatic responses & attachment issues held in the body.
I have a core desire to create a safe space to restore hope, courage, physical peace, and improved self-worth to allow room for lasting growth and healing.
