My counseling practice is a safe place for children, teens, and adults to tell their stories and work through issues. For over twenty years, I have worked with individuals and families to make sustainable changes over time. I partner with my clients in an empathetic and non-judgmental manner to identify and resolve underlying issues. Supportive check-in sessions are offered following intensive therapy to sustain change and promote the ongoing use of newly acquired skills. Additionally, I offer psychological assessments to address learning, emotional, or behavioral issues, as well as consultation on IEP/504 plans.

Plum Tree is a collection of practitioners who provide therapy and medication management for kids. We conduct psychological and neuropsychological testing for academic, diagnostic, and clinical disorders. Our team includes specialists for Tourette’s, PTSD, Suicide/Self-Injury, ADHD, Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Depression, and Bipolar Disorder. Developmental delays, impaired self-esteem, grief, academic under-performance, and family struggles are all within our purview to support. Services also include ADHD Coaching and Transition Support from high school to college/career.

Accepting new clients. Change is possible and I love helping people discover this. Being a human is hard and frequently the messages we learned growing up can make life even more difficult. Together we take a deep dive into examining your patterns, and how you are currently functioning. Some of these patterns may be causing you pain and health problems. We sift through these emotions, gain a broader perspective, and identify tasks and actions outside of habitual responses that move you towards your goals. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and also offer life coaching and energy therapies. I have specialties working with adolescents and young adults, though enjoy adults at all ages. I have specialized training in the LGBTQ population and much of my passion is working with anxiety and self-confidence. Something I enjoy helping people with is coming out of definition and conclusion about who they are or what their life has to be. Instead of looking for what's wrong with you, I much prefer to ask the question, "What's right about you?" and how can you use to that to create the life you can't wait to get out of bed for every morning?

I have over 30 years of clinical experience. Having been around for this long I have significant experience treating a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, OCD, Panic Disorders, ADD, addictions, relational difficulties, family turmoil, life transitions, parenting skills, physical health problems, and sexual dysfunction.
