I provide psychotherapy and coaching to individuals, couples, families, and organizations. I have extensive experience with ADHD, depression, anxiety, eating and addictive disorders. Enriching marriage and family is also a strong focus. I coach parents to nurture, support, and discipline their children, and help couples with communication, intimacy, and discovering ways to truly enjoy marriage.
My husband and I have 5 children. I write and lead workshops on parenting, marriage, self-awareness, and effectiveness. I believe warmth and humor are invaluable therapy tools.
