Sonia received her Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Sonia enjoys working with individuals, couples, families, children and adolescents. She has extensive experience working with children and families that have been affected by trauma, domestic violence and immigration issues. Sonia considers herself bicultural and bilingual as has several years of experience working in the Latino community and is fluent in Spanish. In therapy Sonia utilizes a holistic and strength based approach to therapy, incorporating mind, body and soul care.

Diana Finney is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Minnesota who has been practicing since 2019. She has a Co-occurring Disorders Master’s Degree from Saint Thomas.

Abbie Mullen is a Licensed Social Worker in Minnesota who has been practicing since 2018. Abbie has six years of experience working with youth and adolescents as a social worker and believes every individual deserves a space to be their authentic selves and the expert on their own life. Abbie practices from a trauma-informed approach and will partner with the client to work together to meet their goals. In her free time, Abbie enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing and watching sports, and spending time at the lake.

Hannah Baker is a Licensed Social Worker in Wisconsin. She has a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling and three years of Case Management experience. Hannah believes in Person-Centered Training, and has experience in ADHD, anxiety, depression, childhood behavior issues, post-partum depression/anxiety, Autism, developmental disabilities, PTSD/trauma, woman's issues, and school avoidance. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys golf, playing with her 19-month-old, and wedding planning.

We are licensed in Oregon, Maine, Minnesota, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Colorado. We currently offer telehealth and virtual therapeutic services. We work with individuals with a wide range of concerns including depression, mood disorders, family relations issues, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. We combine different therapeutic approaches based on client's presenting concerns, goals, and motivation, such as, cognitive-behavioral, brief therapy, mindfulness, client-centered, solution-focused therapy.

I specialize in trauma and dealing small trauma to extreme trauma and everything in between. I work with LGBTQ+ clients who are depressed, anxious, traumatized, dealing with bullying, dealing with people who don't understand. I work with transgender individuals who are in any stage of their life. I work with parents. I am a supervisor who works with therapists who are pre-license and need to have supervision. I work with LAMFT's and LPCC's. I can do individual supervision, dyads and groups. I also work with pre-marital couples who want to do the "Prepare/Enrich" program.
