Currently, I am not adding new clients to my caseload. Initiating a therapeutic relationship can feel like an intimidating process for many people who are seeking mental health services, so I strive to establish a relaxed and supportive environment for all clients. This allows clients to work toward their own therapeutic goals in a manner and pace that makes sense for them. I utilize a combination of warmth, humor, compassion, curiosity and education to make therapy an opportunity to explore feelings, personal identities, and to better understand and strengthen their relationships in a safe and collaborative manner.
My specialties include Talk Therapy, EMDR (for adults ages 18+), Internal Family Systems, mindfulness centered approaches, post partum issues, and life changes and transitions.
I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities in order to better individualize sessions for client's own unique personalities and styles.
