Waitlist for new clients
Many clients I see face challenges with anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, life transitions, stress, work/life balance, and have experienced traumatic events.
Life transitions and relationships can be both beautiful and difficult. Everyone deserves a safe space to share and explore their thoughts and feelings. Often through reflection, when we allow ourselves to slow down and notice what we are experiencing in the moment, true self discovery and capacity from within can be found and cultivated. With compassion and openness I walk along side my clients as they work towards relief and resolution. I utilize a blend of traditional therapy approaches along with experiential modalities such as Brainspotting, Mindfulness exercises, and Guided Visualizations to tailor the therapeutic experience.
