I work with adolescents and their parents as well as individuals; in order to address anxiety, depression, self criticism, anger, loneliness, or feeling numb and shut down. Our work together strengthens your sense of self, your relationships, and your capacity to best respond to life's inevitable changes and challenges.
My treatment approach is rooted in cognitive behavioral therapies and incorporates mindfulness therapy and psycho-education. As a therapist I believe that empowering a client with tools they can use in their daily life is my number one priority. I use methods that are developmentally appropriate that support and expand a client's strengths and resources.
