I utilize Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) through a social justice lens. With validation, encouragement & self-compassion, I help clients develop their innate resiliency and move in the direction of their values and goals.
