I have worked with a variety of clients affected by trauma, perinatal mood/anxiety disorders, addiction, and eating disorders. What each of them has taught me is that recovery is possible and it's different for everyone. I focus on collaborative, client-centered therapy to treat the whole person utilizing EMDR, CBT, and DBT resources to assist my clients in developing insight and understanding the root of behavioral patterns in their lives. Not currently accepting new clients. I believe therapy should be unique to each client because everyone has different needs. I enjoy getting to know each of my clients and how I can best work with them. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, and have a special interest in working with trauma/ PTSD, dissociation and sexual abuse. I offer EMDR Intensive sessions (sessions over 1 hour) for self pay clients. I currently see client's ages 4 and above. I am also trained in the World Professional Association For Transgender Health (WPATH) standards to evaluate and write letters for life/gender affirming care.
