Hello! Thank you for considering me as a new teammate in your journey to wellness! As a Counselor and Licensed Art Therapist, I work with clients to achieve a state of health and wellness unique to them. You may have done therapy previously, or this may be your first time, but either way I will walk you through every step of this process providing education, support, warmth, and encouragement. I believe that all of us inherently know what we need and we are all capable of achieving our goals, but at times we may need new tools and a consistent encouraging support system to make progress.
I provide both telehealth and in-person outpatient therapy services in Beachwood to help clients improve their supports, cope with life stressors, and improve their overall life satisfaction. I use evidence-based modalities that are individualized to my client's needs, and as a Licensed Art Therapist, I am also able to provide art therapy.
I am known to be down-to-earth, pragmatic, energetic, solutions-focused, genuine, empathetic, accepting, direct, and supportive. I have worked in a variety of settings and with a wide variety of people from different backgrounds, and am inclusive and accepting to all both personally and professionally.
