I am a licensed clinical social worker in Florida specializing in maternal health issues, parenting difficulties, blended family issues, and relationship issues. I have worked with individuals and their journey in motherhood/parenthood and at times the emotional journey it entails. As well as treating clients who also have or may experience depression, anxiety, career challenges, physical/emotional trauma, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. It is important to me to have my clients feel they are having a conversation rather than clinical assessment, and they overall are the experts of their lives.

I have always wanted to help people. I’ve been able to do that in a variety of ways over the years. Working in domestic violence shelters, agencies that assist child sexual abuse survivors, in-home intensive substance abuse counseling...I’m privileged to have been able to help so many. It truly makes me happy. Now, I have my own practice after all of these years and I couldn’t be more excited to continue helping people; just in a much more enjoyable and comfortable setting. Have you spent much time thinking about different ways to find contentment? I have always felt that life was intended to be filled with enjoyable, memorable moments, where we live our life with a sense of ease, filled with good health, and amazing, safe relationships. However, as a participant of life, we all know that this can be a challenge to accomplish at times! We are often stressed or anxious about meeting our goals and/or the expectations of others.
