My specialty is helping individuals declutter their lives so they can gain new insight. Some of the approaches to therapy I use are Transtheoretical, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Behavioral Therapies. I am a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) as well as a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE).
I enjoy meeting new people from around the world. I have experience working with people from different cultures. As a Hispanic, I am passionate working with Hispanic people and families.
