Mental Health Therapy does not have to be scary or uncomfortable. You and I will work together on your goals. Sometimes identifying core issues can be difficult but with the right talk therapy, clients are able to pin point the issues on their own and create a plan of action. My specialty is helping individuals declutter their lives so they can gain new insight. Some of the approaches to therapy I use are Transtheoretical, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Behavioral Therapies. I am a Certified Addiction Professional (CAP) as well as a Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator (CFMHE).
I enjoy meeting new people from around the world. I have experience working with people from different cultures. As a Hispanic, I am passionate working with Hispanic people and families.
