We all struggle at different points in life. There are times when we need support to gain perspective and make changes in order to find happiness. I help men, women, and teens (12+) work through a variety of concerns regarding anxiety and depression, men's issues, intimacy and relationships, sexuality, and trauma. Together we work collaboratively to identify your own goals and develop skills for managing these difficulties. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, I help you to identify thoughts, emotions or behaviors that may be standing in the way of your ability to enjoy life.
As a clinical psychologist, my training is founded on a practitioner-scientist model. My treatment orientation and approach is rooted in Jungian psychology and relational psychodynamic therapy. Cognitive-behavioral (CBT) and mindfulness-based techniques, as well as an understanding of how our brains respond to stress and trauma, are also used in treatment.
As Co-Owner of Associates in Family Psychology, I work with my colleagues to provide quality care where integrity and trust are top priorities. Our mission is to help you gain insight, self-acceptance and fulfillment in your relationships, and the skills needed to thrive and succeed in life.
