Adherent Dialectical Behavior Therapy has the most evidence showing it to be an effective treatment for suicidal people and people with Borderline Personality Disorder and BPD traits. I also treat other other Cluster B and Cluster C personality disorders using Schema Therapy and elements of RO-DBT. I also treat trauma both in adolescents and in adults using Brainspotting and DBT prolonged exposure.
