Announcement icon Stressed about COVID-19? I offer individual online sessions to learn techniques to reduce anxiety. Please contact me via email for rates.
Accepting New Clients! I work with people in the state of Florida who released from prison or who are involved in the criminal justice system to maintain their freedom by learning how to appropriately cope with life stress, change behaviors and learn to manage their mental health. I also work with families who have a loved one involved in the criminal justice system to address their unique stresses. I also serve those that work in Corrections to manage the stress of a difficult job. I also specialize in treating people diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, anxiety disorders and those who have experienced trauma.
I love teaching skills to help people manage their life in a healthier way and get the results from their life that they want. My favorite thing is teaching Dialectal Behavioral Therapy Skills. DBT is good for reducing self-harming behaviors and managing strong emotions such as anger and anxiety. I also specialize in addressing criminal thinking patterns.
I believe therapy is where we work together to help you build the life you want and overcome the difficulties you face. It's important to learn to heal from the pain of our past so we can have a life of peace. So if you are feeling like your feelings, your behaviors and life are out of control, we can fix it together!
