I have been meeting with individuals and couples for over 35 years. I specialize in helping individuals and couples learn how to communicate more effectively. My focus is on helping the client learn how to talk about his/her emotions in a clear and thoughtful manner. My ideal client(s) is an individual who desires to live out of their true self.
