I have 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families face life's challenges and would be honored to work with you.
My specialties include couples therapy, couples and families facing addiction and early recovery, parenting a special needs child, divorce, women in transition, mood disorders, and spirituality. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, a researched approach that provides a roadmap for couples to move from disconnection to positive connection.
