My clientele focus is ages 12 and up, with no specificity given to cultural backgrounds. I welcome all who are willing to partake in the journey to self discovery. It is extremely overwhelming and discouraging as a adoptee parents to feel lost and unable to help your child/teen, especially when you tried everything in your parenting tool box to help your child/teen to deal with big emotions, thoughts, life hardships. Caring after a minor that has experience family changes/disruption requires a lot of resources and ongoing support. I will provided you with all the resources I know to develop new skills that facilitate understanding, solutions and meaningful connections in your family.

My primary speciality is working with clients who have endured Narcissistic Abuse in a relationship, parents, & adult children. Embarking on the therapy journey can be overwhelming, yet hopeful when ready to invest in yourself. I will work with you collaboratively to assist in the exploration of ways to remove uncomfortable symptoms, alleviate emotional pain, increase self awareness and promote personal growth for positive change with use of trauma therapy. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, Narcissistic Abuse, divorce and coparenting with a narcissist.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and R.N. in private practice in Georgia and Michigan. My doctoral dissertation researched grief and loss issues. I worked as a psychologist in MI for 24 years and in 2013 moved to GA and established a private practice. For over 2 decades I have presented workshops and seminars nationally at numerous professional organizations with a specialty in the field of dying, grief, and loss. I was widowed at 46, and have co-authored 5 books on grief and 1 on dying. I see clients online or in-person for a variety of counseling needs and co-facilitate educational grief groups (including GriefShare).

I welcome clients of all ages from all walks of life and backgrounds. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, self image, family struggles, situational stress and I am confident helping clients adopt and build coping skills, social skills, self-esteem, and confidence.

Katherine Adams is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Georgia. She earned her Masters of Family Therapy degree from Mercer University- School of Medicine in 2018. Katherine has an interest in working with adolescents, children, and young adults. Katherine has specific interests in working with LGBTQIA+ populations, trauma work with women, therapy work with teenagers, providing family therapy and couples therapy, and more.

Megan Caldwell is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor, who has been practicing since 2018. She graduated from Walden University with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Megan believes in client-centered counseling, and integrates CBT and DBT skills to assist clients in understanding and managing their emotions. Her main areas of focus include helping teens and adults manage anxiety and depression, navigate relationships, and increase self-esteem. In her spare time, Megan enjoys reading, hiking, and cooking.

I work with adolescents and adults. With a focus on teen girls and women's issues, social and generalized anxiety, relationships, self esteem, confidence, identity, life transitions, healthy boundaries, effective communication, self compassion, coping skills, trauma and survivors of domestic violence.

My ideal client is working with young children and young adults who have issues with ADHD, depression, anxiety, issues with stress, and school and are in need of finding someone to help them feel better about themselves, improve their self-esteem and also improve their ability to feel emotionally and socially supported by others. I am here to help these clients build stronger bonds and have more belief within themselves and to help reduce problems in school, at home, and also at work to enrich their lives each and every day more effectively.

My approach toward counseling is to treat each individual based on where they are and meet them where they are comfortable. I have an existential-humanistic approach where I help my clients look beyond their immediate situation and look at how they may have gotten to this issue and where do they want to go from here. I believe that there is a reason for why we are feeling and reacting the way we are. It is about discovering the root cause. Whether my clients are going through a new diagnosis, trauma, grief, depression, or anxiety, I help encourage them to find the strength to keep fighting because perseverance is an amazing feeling.

Amanda Miller is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor in Georgia who has been practicing since 2022. Amanda meets a client where they are. Clients come in during different stages of their life journey, and her goal is to help them through that journey. Amanda helps by providing emotional support and resources to get her clients through the tough times. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys playing tennis, hiking, and painting.
