I am passionate about working with clients experiencing or healing from Narcissistic Abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, high conflict divorce, coparenting, self esteem, and grief. I focus on helping clients who have experienced narcissistic abuse in relationships, marriage, by parents, coworkers and adult children. Therapy can feel daunting but also offers hope when you are ready to go through the healing journey. I collaborate with my clients to explore strategies to alleviate emotional pain, remove distressing symptoms, set boundaries, improve self esteem and foster self-awareness. Validation is essential.
Narcissistic abuse is one of the most harmful forms of trauma. I help clients recover from narcissistic abuse by parents, partners, spouses and adult children. Whether you are navigating a toxic relationship or preparing to leave one, I can help you process emotions, set boundaries, and provide tools to manage interactions with the narcissist in your life.
I provide a caring, safe, warm, and confidential space for solutions to emerge through the therapeutic process. Sessions will be interactive, conversational, nonjudgemental, and tools will be provided to help you cope and heal. Embarking on this journey takes courage and patience. Narcissistic Abuse- Date/Time TBD.
This group will focus on the challenges when leaving a suspected Narcissistic Partner or Spouse. Working with a group helps to validate feelings, help you to feel less alone, and focus on strategies to leave your partner in your time. Obstacles to leaving and decreasing self blame for staying in the relationship will be discussed. An initial 50 minute intake session will be required prior to joining this group; one time fee $150. A confidentiality agreement will be required. The group will be facilitated via Zoom. Please reach out to arrange a phone intake to see if you are a good fit for this group.
