I understand that the journey of life is not always easy and predictable, and that at some point in our lives, everyone faces difficulties that make us feel very vulnerable, frustrated and unsuccessful. As a therapist, I want to help you acknowledge your strengths and weaknesses, identify new ideas and options to overcome life challenging situations and promote your overall wellbeing, including personal and professional growth.

Please note that I only offer psychological testing, not counseling services. Are you or your child struggling to meet life's demands? Are you unsure about what kind of support you need? Do you struggle to access the support you need without a formal diagnosis? If so, you may benefit from a psychological evaluation. An evaluation can clarify an individual's strengths, challenges, and general tendencies, which can in turn result in recommendations for the specific types of clinical and/or educational services needed, as well as a host of helpful strategies. It may also result in one or more diagnoses that increase access to services.
