Central issues are often connected to wanting to feel more whole and happy and to separate from while staying connected to family. Finding, keeping, or leaving a relationship or job are usually part of the work. Together, we explore and unravel emotional knots. New behaviors and skills are developed and used and by providing a warm, safe environment, the client changes, grows and thrives. Note: I am not taking new appointments for ongoing therapy. My goal is to help you identify and express emotions to help you move forward in life’s journey. I use an integrative approach that includes art therapy as well as talk therapy. Art therapy allows you to express your thoughts and feelings through imagery when words are inadequate.
