People can experience dark days at times, where the future feels uncertain and everyday routines become difficult. Perhaps you feel stuck in what seems like an endless cycle of anxiety, depression, or traumas from the past, or are experiencing a painful life transition. Many people have insight into their problems, but struggle to find the ability to get “unstuck.” My desire is to help you find a new path, break down old habits, and discover new tools to cope. I have worked in the field of counseling for over fifteen years, helping people of various ages and backgrounds.
I enjoy working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and grief and loss, as well as with women with perinatal mood disorders, such as postpartum depression and anxiety. I use a number of different evidence-based approaches to help people gain clarity over unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional.
