Are there times that you notice you or child is having problems with something? Feelings of being overwhelmed? Notice changes in behaviors? You or your child may not be able to explain how they feel or what is going on. It can be hard for both you and your child. I’m a licensed therapist as well as a Registered Play Therapist, Certified Synergetic Play Therapist and EMDR Certified Therapist with experience working with children and families have experience treating ADHD, depression, anxiety, and trauma. But most importantly, I am here to help provide support and education to my clients and their families.
I focus on a interpersonal neurobiology approach while utilizing different treatment modalities such as play therapy, EMDR, client centered, and creative arts. My goal is for you or child/family to learn ways to increase communication skills, understand the underlying meaning of what is going on, and how to manage/process these issues.
Making a commitment to finding the right person can be a tough decision. If you feel like I am that right person we can have a free 10 minute conversation about what is going on. Sundays only from 10:30-2:30. Children and families below that age of 10. CDPHP, MVP, and Private pay accepted.
