My approach is a combination of my training in addiction, CBT, understanding triggers for not only substance use but anxiety, depression, anger as well. We identify the issues-where they originated what coping skills you use now and what you now need. Seems simple. Wish it were but we humans don’t change our ways easily and that’s ok.
Change should come with clarity and willingness. Going to Therapy can be life-changing. To feel freer from negativity, obsession and embrace a healthier outlook on life, is possible. Alone, you are the only expert providing information. I can provide reflection, compassion and expertise to guide in this process of healing and growth
