Relationships are central to our lives and the most important relationship is the one that we have with ourselves. I work with my clients so that they may understand their experiences by processing feelings and creating a sense of inner peace and acceptance within. The goal is to foster tools for managing anxiety, depression and stress while encouraging each client's personal strengths.
My integrative process involves psychodynamic, existential and humanistic approaches, allowing you to discover a sense of purpose and authenticity all safely explored in a non-judgmental space.
As a relational therapist I meet my clients where they are at and by recognizing that we are all unique, I help to build a holistic practice encompassing the daily habits that are specific for each person. I have working experiences with and interest in treating addiction, intimacy disorders and relationships and trauma.
