I drive my practice by respecting and actively affirming your cultural experiences, identities, and intersectionalities. The impact of systemic oppression and racism is traumatic and integrating systemic experiences and their relationship to the challenges you are managing, is foundational to my work with you.

By using art therapy, we access a different part of our brain that promotes growth, self-discovery, and support. We'll delve into your past experiences to understand how they shaped the person you are today. Through collaborative work, we will strive towards understanding your behavior patterns, how they may be inhibiting you from living your best life, and find ways to overcome them.

Understanding where your difficulties are coming from, can help dissipate the problems of living and help you grow. My training is in individual, couples and family therapy, and I have over ten years of advanced postgraduate training, which includes four years of in-depth training in clinical theory and practice. I am also an experienced child and adolescent psychotherapist, and have published material in the field.
