I have twenty years of experience working with adults, couples, and children and my formal education is in individual, couples and family therapy. I have accumulated over ten years of advanced postgraduate education, which includes a certificate program in in-depth psychotherapeutic work with adults. As an experienced child and adolescent psychotherapist I also teach and supervise across NYC, and I have published material in the field.
The people I have worked with have a variety of difficulties including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress that impact their relationships and feelings of fulfillment in life. I work to uncover and clarify how past and present experiences unconsciously get in the way of success, and I help resolve these issues.
