There are many reasons that we as humans will experience chaos within ourselves and our relationships. Perfectionism, trauma, ignored emotional wounds, and underlying mental health issues are just a few of these reasons. Most people will try to ignore these things, and that may work...for a time. Jane has a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology. Prior to starting in the mental health field 6 years ago, Jane spent 27 years working in long term care and ran grief and loss and caregiver support groups. Jane also has experience working with the special needs population and has an adult son with Autism so she has personal experience advocating for this population and an understanding of the challenges faced by this population and their families.

Over the past few years, I think we have all been through some trauma, especially our adolescents and teenagers.
