Getting to the core of why you think, act, and behave the way you do is the key to creating the life you want — the life you’re meant to live. I have experience working in Community-Based, Outpatient, and hospital mental health settings as a licensed professional counselor. I am currently at Eastern University for a Doctor of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy studies for a further degree. I have a passion for working with teens, adults, and older adults to assist them in developing and finding healthy coping skills when dealing with stressors, including life transitions. My areas of expertise and special interest include depression, anxiety, coping skills, interpersonal conflict, racial identity, and stress management.

Trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy from Behavioral Tech, I treat both adolescents and adults who struggle with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues. DBT is a skills based program that has been effective in teaching individuals to replace destructive behaviors with more effective skills. The ultimate goal of DBT is to decrease suffering by increasing behaviors that are consistent with a life worth living.

Diane Park is a Licensed Master Social Worker (Licensed in NY and NJ) who employs a diverse range of therapeutic modalities to provide comprehensive support to her clients, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.
