Hello, I am experienced in helping successfully cope with life's adjustments (including stress and anger management, relationship issues, addiction, grief, and caregiver issues). Life's changes can leave us challenged with feelings of uncertainty, frustration, hopelessness, isolation, and depression. I utilize an eclectic approach (mostly Mindful Cognitive Behavorial) as everyone is different and within the complex individual, moments and experiences are different as well. I strive to work with each individual, with compassion, patience, and dignity, with the goal that they can fully function and live their life to its fullest.

I'm a Licensed Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist with over 30 years experience. I see families and individuals of all ages providing a personal, pragmatic and supportive approach in addressing life's difficulties. My philosophy is solution-focused care utilizing a goal-directed approach. I recognize that each individual and family is unique and I attempt to provide the most appropriate services on an individual basis.

As a PhD level Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who been providing individual, couple and family therapy for the past 20 years, I understand the power of good therapy to help with a range of issues.
