Hi! My name is David and I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience providing services to various populations in a variety of settings. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity of treating different age groups in a multiple settings including outpatient, inpatient, in-home, residential, and emergency rooms. I utilize a variety of approaches, including motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in helping people heal. I really strive to create a safe space for people to speak openly about their experiences without fear of judgment.

Through the Woods Adolescent Counseling Center was created to be a safe space with a specific focus on the unique needs of adolescents and young adults. Our youth have collectively dealt with significant turmoil and disruption over the last few years, and my hope is provide the support, intervention and high quality care that our youth deserves from a mental health professional.
