Integrated Wellness counseling goal is to assist individuals and families to find the tools and the balance to live a healthier and more productive life. Integrated Wellness provides counseling services for individuals, couples and familes who struggle with many emotional and behavioral needs that include, but are not limited to depression, anxiety, communication issues, conflict resolutions, stress management and life situations.

My warmth and compassion helps build a healing environment to support internal growth. I collaborate with clients to be empowered to fulfill their personal goals and live their best life. My use of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness as well as an eclectic approach offers a tailor-fit approach for each person to strategize and resolve challenges and conflict in their life. I am sorry if this time I am not taking on any new clients. Sometimes life gets a little tough and it can be helpful to have someone to sort through "stuff". I have been practicing for over 10 years, working with tweens, teens, adults, and older adults. My specialties include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, abuse, and trauma. Eileen Garrigan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has been practicing for the past 20 years and works with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. I am open minded and easy to talk to and connect with. My style is interactive and collaborative. I provide a safe, comfortable, and open space for you to share you challenges, concerns, and burdens. Jeffrey White is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over thirty years of experience providing empathic listening and compassionate understanding to adults, couples, and families looking to increase their insight and understanding into how they function, and relate to themselves and others to improve their quality of life. Jeffrey utilizes a strength’s based, here and now approach, to address issues associated with depression, anxiety, PTSD, C-PTSD, relationship betrayal, stress management, self -esteem, co-dependency, life transition, anger management and grief/loss.

Richard O’Garr is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience in helping people who are struggling with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, stress, conflicts in relationships, and addiction. Richard has a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College. He works to create an accepting and supportive environment where clients can feel comfortable sharing their personal issues and struggles.

Kat Gillespie holds a Bachelor of Science in Art Therapy with a minor in Fine Arts from Lesley University and is currently a 2nd year master’s student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program with a specialization in Art Therapy at Lesley University. She has been in recovery since March 31st, 2018 and is an active member of the 12-step fellowship and believes that well-being begins with community. She is the illustrator of children’s book series dedicated to helping children grieve from parent’s lost from substance use disorder: “Mama Paca: My Heart Won’t Let You Go” and “Papa Paca: Kindhearted Warrior” by Sarah Cloud.
