Antidepressants not working? TMS is an FDA approved non-medication based option, covered by insurance. It activates cells in the brain that tend to be under-active in depression and also promotes release of neurotransmitters that help mood. TMS targets the part of the brain specifically involved in mood regulation. TMS also works on a concept called neuroplasticity. Stimulating the left prefrontal cortex can induce the brain into creating new pathways for effective transmission. Dr. Yin offers other evidence based treatments too.

I speak candidly about how to be successful in a treatment plan and what the most up to date best practices are for complicated psychiatric disorders. I enjoy working with patients who are looking for a deeper understanding of their lives and struggles. While I do believe that symptom relief is important, I also believe it is important to address the underlying situations that have brought the symptoms about and that often cause them to recur. I provide both psychoanalysis and psychodynamic psychotherapy, in which I focus on the importance of interpersonal relationships, including the here-and-now of the relationship with the therapist, to help patients break free of old patterns and to live freer and more authentic lives.

I have a deep passion for mental health. I started my nursing career as a registered nurse working in inpatient psychiatric care. There I found my calling to help those navigate their healing journey through treatment of mental health. I pride myself on meeting people where they are and coming up with a treatment and medication plan to get them where they want to be. My main approach is holistic, collaborative, supportive and patient centered.

Christine Foster is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Illinois who has been practicing since 2001. She graduated from Johns Hopkins University for PMHNP and UIC for FNP. Christine's experience is wide and varied, with expertise in child/adolescent psychiatry, ages 5 years and older, adult psychiatry, and substance use disorders. She offers compassionate care and integrity in her professional relationships with children/families and adults, which include pregnant women and those over age 65. Christine is also registered with the Clozapine REMS program.

Dr. Vanden Noven is a Board-Certified psychiatrist in both General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She graduated from medical school at the University of Toledo in 2007 and then relocated to Milwaukee for psychiatric training. She completed her general psychiatry residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2011. She then completed an additional two years of fellowship training in child and adolescent psychiatry, also at the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Vanden Noven treats children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of psychiatric conditions.

I have been a practicing Nurse Practitioner for 23 years. I have a completed the certification for Master of Psychopharmacology with the Neurological Education Institiute (NEI) and ADHD certified with Evergreen certifications as a clinical services provider. I try to focus on the patient's needs by listening to their concerns. Together we work on the most important struggles the patient is experiencing. I use a holistic approach to treatments, such as diet, exercise, sleep hygiene, with medications and counseling to treat mental issues. I feel that it is most important to listen to my patients.

She is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services and takes a holistic approach to treating the overall person. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition.

She is very excited to draw on her 18 years of nursing experience and her previous licensure as a counselor to provide a full spectrum of psychiatric care. She is always researching new and better ways to help people accomplish their mental health goals. Her practice is client-centered, holistic, and tailored to meet both medical and counseling goals of individuals. She has a huge interest in helping people meet their goals with natural medications/supplements and with the help of genetic testing for individuals that interested.

Lisa Calabrese is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2018. She has a Bachelor of arts in human geography from UW Madison, a Bachelor of science in nursing from UW Oshkosh, and a Master's of science in nursing from Alverno College. Lisa practices a compassionate, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to mental health care. She wants to help her clients identify their strengths and improve their mental health from multiple angles, with a focus on healthy lifestyle.

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I provide psychiatric medication management to all ages. Telehealth appointments MAY be available ONLY after a face-to-face visit has been completed.

With a strong foundation in psychiatric nursing, she specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of psychiatric disorders. With Martha's empathetic nature and excellent communication skills, Martha encourages her patients to open up about their struggles, aiding in their journey towards mental wellness.

Carolyn Klotz is a dually board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and an adult nurse practitioner. In 2017, she completed a post-master's nurse practitioner certification in psychiatric mental health from Alverno College and worked in a private practice behavioral health clinic for 4+ years. During this time, she attained expertise in identifying symptoms of ADHD in persons previously diagnosed with mood or anxiety disorders alone. She refers clients for formal testing to clarify diagnosis for treatment purposes.
